What is Coaching?

The International Coaching Federation defines the coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential.

What Coaching isn't?

Coaching is not about giving advices, training and is not a therapy.

What are the recognised benefits of coaching?

  • fresh perspectives on personal challenges,

  • enhanced decision-making skills,

  • greater interpersonal effectiveness,

  • increased confidence,

  • improvement in productivity, satisfaction with life and work,

  • and the attainment of relevant goals.

What are the steps of a coaching session?

The session, usually one hour, starts by defining a desired outcome. The second step is to examine the current situation. It is followed by figuring out the different options. The final step is to define the needed actions.
