He asks his clients to ask themselves the following 6 questions:
In an average day during the last months,
❇️ did I do my best to set clear goals?
❇️ did I do my best to progress towards my goals?
❇️ did I do my best to create a meaning in my work?
❇️ did I do my best to be happy?
❇️ did I do my best to build positive relationships?
❇️ did I do my best to be fully engaged?
He asks them to rate each question from 1 to 10, multiply the scores to get only one value.
