I am very often in my head, thinking hard to find solutions, ideas…
Unfortunately for me, the path towards success is not always through hard thinking.
The hard thinking cuts me from my intuition, creativity, empathy and curiosity.
The hard thinking is detrimental to my performance and my relationships.
To stop the swirl of thoughts, I pay attention to my physical sensations.
Sports is for me a great way to do that.
In meetings, I regularly pay attention to my breath, to the weight of my body on the seat.
I try to fully occupy my body.
