"I AM NOT STRESSED!" have I said for 20 years.

I realized recently that in fact I was stressed in certain situations but could not recognize it: I had no physical symptoms like sleeplessness, fatigue or tensions.

But I was regularly very impatient, annoyed or judging that other people were not doing the right things. In these situations, I had a kind of tunnel vision and focused on my agenda. This stress reduced therefore my performance and influence. 😬🤔😞
