In a conversation, after having listened to the other person, how do you start your response❓


What if you would start with: "What I like about your idea is..". Then you explain what you like specifically about this idea.


You may consider as a rule that the other person is systematically more than 10% right.


Doing so, you show that you have listened, that you value and respect the other person. The dynamic of the conversation shifts completely. ✨🚀
