I am proudly a doer and get easily bored 🥱 and impatient in a meeting that doesn't move fast forward.
Thanks to my coach, I realized that this achiever mindset has a negative impact on my relationships: my agenda is too important to me and one can feel not respected or even manipulated. I may have looked like a bulldozer.
