With my mental fitness practice, I have realised that my mind is extremely busy. I am very often thinking about my last meeting, conversation, or next challenge😬.
These thoughts are most of the time not helpful, therefore I label them as saboteurs🤷♂️.
I now regularly stop for a minute my activity ⏲️. I do a body-check to evaluate how busy my mind is: I count the number of breaths until my mind wanders 😮💨💭⏲️.
