The easiest way to increase happiness is to control your use of time

This quote strongly resonates for me.

I realized recently that the more time I spend on my phone, the more I feel negative emotions like stress, anxiety and restlessness.

I can spiral down in a vortex of negativity if I don't limit this time. 😵

My Restless saboteur is a powerful one! It pushes me to be always busy. When I am hijacked by it, I lose the time control.
